MR. BENNIE LLOYD STUCKEYwas born on October

25, 1957, to the late Mary Elizabeth Stuckey Malone and

Bethel Alphonse Darius in Bentonia, Mississippi. Lloyd,

as he was affectionately known, accepted Christ into his

life at an early age, where he joined Mt. Olive Baptist

Church under the late Reverend N.C. Taylor. He received

his education at Gibbs Elementary School and Bentonia

High School. He also attended Corps in Fort Worth, Texas.

Lloyd enjoyed playing sports and watching football and

basketball games, listening to all varieties of music, but

above all, he truly loved God and his family. Some might

say that “Bennie Lloyd” was a peacemaker because he just

wanted everyone to love each other and simply get

along in peace and harmony.
