Cyla Chame’ Sanders, lovingly known as Twin B, was born on February 5, 2008, at 12:21 p.m., to Shakema Sanders and Carlos Sanders Sr. She gained her heavenly wings on December 7, 2025, at 6:05 p.m., leaving behind a legacy of courage, joy, and light that will forever shine in the hearts of those who loved her. Cyla was a remarkable child with one of the brightest, most beautiful smiles — a smile that could light up an entire room and warm the hearts of everyone around her. She carried a gentle spirit, a joyful energy, and a kindness that made people feel seen and valued. Cyla left a lasting impression on everyone that met her, touching lives in ways that will never be forgotten. Her eyes and smile had a way of lifting spirits, and her presence brought comfort even on the hardest days. As her medical needs increased, she transitioned to Kids Kastle, Pediatric Health Choice, and finally Pediatric Place, where she continued growing and forming meaningful bonds with her caregivers and peers.
