Terry Plumber

Terry Plummer 1972-2017 Terry Plummer was born September 29, 1972 to Mrs. Doris Morton and the late Mr. James Plummer. He was the first child of Mrs. Doris Morton and was raised by Mr. Charlie Earl Morton. He confessed his belief in Jesus Christ at an early age at Bible Baptist Church in Canton, MS. He later joined Big Bethel Church in Vaughan, MS. He attended Linwood Elementary School and Benton High School. He enjoyed sports, the outdoors, and entertainment; but he also enjoyed the finest of things. He was cheerful, outspoken, and loving in his own special way. His talent was telling jokes and making people laugh. Terry departed this life on August 27, 2017 at 1:20 a.m. Preceding him in death are his father, Mr. James Plummer; two brothers, Mr. Mario J. Morton and Mr. James Plummer; and two grandmothers, Mrs. Nable Weatherspoon and Mrs. Rebecca C. Morton. He leaves to cherish his memories: two daughters, Makayla Ellis of Jackson, MS, and Nekhira Plummer of Greenwood, MS; a loving mother and father, Mrs. Doris L. Morton and Mr. Charlie E. Morton of Vaughan, MS; four brothers: Charlie (Shunda) Morton, Jr. of Vaughan, MS, Kenny (Tammy) Plummer of Canton, MS, John (Jackie) Morton of Vaughan, MS, and Scottie (Yolanda) Morton of Dallas, TX; six sisters: Sonja (Rickey) Lawyer of Vaughan, MS, Mable (Larry) Brown of Canton, MS, Omega ( Luis) ShannonMorton of Pickens, MS, Cassandra (Glenn) Roberts of Jackson, MS, Latoria (Tony) Morton-Roberts of Jackson, MS, and Stephanie (Billy) Simmons of Flora, MS; a very special sister-in-law, Evelyn Johnson of Goodman, MS; two aunts, Enell Weatherspoon of Jackson, MS, and Annie (Johnny) Weathersby of Memphis, TN; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
